Remodel Design
The owner of this home wanted to enlarge several bed rooms while adding curb appeal. During the design process it was discovered that the existing house lacked adequate shear walls under the rooms to be remodeled. An enlarged living room and bathroom, and structural porch columns solved the structural problems and added value to the finished home.
